I fell in love with the miniHome at first sight and thought that I might use it as a ski chalet, but times being what they are, I am now selling it. Original construction cost was $ 150,000; It was recently reclad in Thundermax for greater longevity; I am offering it for sale at $ 100,000.

shit if you want a tiny home like this but dont want to spend 150k (like me) just do what im doing and go to youtube and look up tiny house movment and they show you how to build your own or you can buy one for like 50k from tumbleweed homes
